Another day...another school delay

The call went out shortly before 5:30am this morning to delay the start of school by two hours in Guilford County today. As usual, GC was the LAST to make its call. Other area systems made their calls before 10pm last night.

It's getting irritating, GCS. You know doggone well the roads are going to freeze overnight. With the melted snow runoff and at overnight temps hovering around 10 degrees, it isn't rocket science.

GCS must do a better job in this department.
