Underreporting of School Crime Continues to be an Issue

The image “http://tbn0.google.com/images?q=tbn:7_j9_lS5-D2_gM:http://www.natsci.org/IMAGES/wfmy%2520news%25202%2520logo%2520copy.jpg%2520” cannot be displayed, because it contains errors. CBS-2 is working for you...and this time, in a follow-up to a story they brought you back in the late Winter...and something we covered here at GSW.

...and it's a crying shame that it's like that; it doesn't have to be that way, though.

Not typically one to say, "I told you so", but this is one of the things I campaigned about. My web site showed the past 2 years' statistics and I discussed this with the N&R editorial staff during my interview and anyone else that would listen. I said then that no one was doing anything to hold the schools and administrators accountable for accurate reporting and they're allowing our kids to be placed at risk. I hate being right about this one.
