My friend Doug Clark discusses the issue of Teach for America cadets, literally, replacing veteran "below standard" teachers at many schools in the Charlotte-Mecklenburg area, a move characterized by a local NCAE head as "insulting." The move seems to be defended by the Charlotte Observer. What do you think?
