Mo should look north while drafting GCS strategic plan

GCS chief Mo Green probably should look to the north...as in 330 miles to the north for how to put together his strategic plan to reform and revitalize Guilford County Schools. Specifically, I'm referring to the new DC Public Schools reformist chancellor Michelle Rhee, who has released a draft of a five-year turnaround plan for that city's troubled school district.
